Structube is seeking a District Manager to drive the overall performance of a district, including sales, profitability and customer experience. You will mentor store managers, ensure brand standards, and act as the primary link between stores and head office.

You will implement business strategies, coach managers, monitor KPIs and lead cross-store initiatives to improve results. Regular travel within the district and some evenings/weekends are required.
