Drone Solutions Sales Specialist – Survey & Construction

Horizon Measurement Solutions is looking for a Drone Solutions Sales Specialist to grow our professional UAV business within the surveying, construction, engineering and geospatial industries.

We specialize in professional measurement technology, and our drone solutions are specifically designed for applications such as surveying, mapping, photogrammetry, site documentation, volumetric measurement, construction progress and geospatial data collection.

We are looking for someone who understands this type of technology and, equally importantly, knows how to sell it.

This is not a recreational drone, photography or videography position. This is a technical sales role focused on professional UAV solutions for surveyors, contractors, engineers and other geospatial professionals.

What You'll Do

- Sell professional UAV solutions for surveying, construction, mapping and geospatial applications
- Develop new business and actively generate sales opportunities
- Work with customers to understand their workflow and recommend the appropriate drone, sensor, software and supporting technology
- Conduct product demonstrations and customer presentations
- Respond to incoming UAV sales inquiries and develop new leads
- Prepare quotes and consistently follow up on opportunities
- Build relationships with surveyors, contractors,



engineers and other industry professionals
- Work alongside Horizon's sales and technical teams to provide complete solutions
- Attend trade shows, demonstrations and industry events
- Stay current on UAV technology, RTK workflows, photogrammetry, LiDAR and industry developments
- Help expand Horizon's UAV offering and customer base throughout Ontario

What We're Looking For Experience in one or more of the following areas would be highly valuable:
- Surveying or geomatics
- Construction technology
- Professional UAV/drone systems
- RTK/GNSS technology
- Photogrammetry and mapping
- LiDAR
- Geospatial technology
- Technical equipment sales

You should be comfortable speaking with customers, learning technical products, conducting demonstrations and actively pursuing sales opportunities. Previous sales experience is strongly preferred. Experience with skilled UAV platforms such as DJI Enterprise and related mapping or processing software is a strong asset.

Competitive base salary + commission

Compensation will be based on experience, technical knowledge and sales background.
