Finishing, we are seeking a dedicated E-Coat Technician with 1-3 years of manufacturing experience. You will coordinate daily testing, maintenance, and manage resources for the E-Coat Line, working closely with the Production Manager to ensure smooth operations. This position emphasizes the importance of adhering to ISO and AAMA standards while fostering a commitment to continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor e-coat production equipment




- Prepare and manage materials and supplies for production
- Perform routine inspections and testing for quality compliance
