In this role, you will support emotional, cognitive, and physical growth while ensuring a protected environment. Collaborate with professionals and maintain essential documentation to promote positive learning experiences. Key Responsibilities:

- Implement an Emergent Curriculum tailored to individual needs
- Maintain daily documentation and attendance records
- Support children's emotional and behavioral development
- Collaborate with Speech or Occupational Therapists as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

- Valid Nova Scotia ECE license (Level 2 or 3)
- Clear Vulnerable Sector Check and Child Abuse Registry
- First Aid and CPR certification (Level B or C)
- Physical ability to lift up to 45 lbs
