Duties

- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and respect among children.
- Support children's individual needs by providing attentive caregiving and tailored learning experiences.
- Observe and document children's progress, communicating regularly with families to share insights and celebrate milestones.
- Assist with daily routines such as meal times, nap times, diapering, and transitions to ensure a smooth day for all children.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum plans and classroom strategies that enhance learning outcomes.
- Maintain a clean, safe,



and organized classroom environment in compliance with health and safety standards.

Experience

- Proven experience working with children in early childhood settings or related caregiving roles.
- Classroom experience demonstrating the ability to manage group activities and foster positive behavior.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs to support inclusive education.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles, developmental milestones, and age-appropriate teaching methods.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, families, and team members.
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning styles and individual needs.
