Passionate about physical activity? PacificSport Interior BC is looking for an enthusiastic, responsible Youth Sport Leader to help deliver our Fall Programs, Active Tots and Mini Movers. Sport Leaders will lead group activities, supervise participants, follow and enforce safety procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Organize and lead engaging activities for youth participants aged 4-6 years old.
- Communicate with parents about program scheduling.
- Create a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
- Promote physical literacy.
- Ability to transport, set up, and takedown equipment.

Qualifications

- Previous experience working with youth is preferred.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate young individuals.




- Comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions.
- Reliable means of transportation.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is desirable.
- Willing to obtain a Criminal Record Check.

Programs: Active Tots & Mini Movers

Location: Beattie Elementary

Dates: Wednesdays, October 21 - Nov 25 (no session Nov 11), 4:45–7:00 p.m.

Wage: $20/hour
