Responsibilities

- Provide nurturing, safe, and developmentally appropriate care for infants and toddlers
- Plan and implement engaging learning activities based on Reggio & Montessori principles
- Observe, document, and support children’s individual development
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members
- Follow all licensing regulations and centre policies
- Assist with daily routines (feeding, diapering, naps, transitions)
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development

Qualifications
- Valid ECE-IT /ECE License (required)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Explicit Criminal Record Check
- Experience working with infants/toddlers preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Patient,
