Responsibilities

Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Support children during activities such as playtime, arts and crafts, and learning exercises to encourage participation and skill-building.

Help maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that adheres to health and safety standards.

Communicate effectively with children, providing encouragement and guidance to foster confidence and independence.

Observe and document children's progress, sharing insights with teachers to tailor individual support strategies.

Assist with classroom routines including meal times, nap times,



and transitions to ensure smooth operations.

Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive environment that respects diverse needs, including those of children with disabilities.

Requirements

Previous classroom experience or hands-on work with children is highly valued.

Solid communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members.

Basic knowledge of early childhood education principles and child development stages.

Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a plus.

A genuine passion for teaching and supporting young learners’ growth.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Flexibility to adapt to changing daily routines and activities.
