Working within a multidisciplinary EPCM environment, you will lead electrical engineering and design activities, mentor junior professionals, and contribute to the successful delivery of projects ranging from large-scale capital developments to operational support initiatives. and technical development opportunities ~ Work within a multidisciplinary team delivering creative engineering solutions ~ Gain exposure to site visits and project execution activities throughout the project lifecycle Lead electrical engineers, designers, and CAD personnel through project execution Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers-in-training and design staff Prepare and review engineering calculations, specifications, and equipment packages Review vendor documentation to ensure compliance with project requirements Develop conceptual designs, studies, technical reports, and proposals Coordinate with clients, project teams, and engineering leaders to deliver projects on schedule and within budget Hold an Engineering degree and Professional Engineer (P.Bring 7+ years of electrical engineering experience within industrial or EPCM project environments Demonstrate experience supporting mining, mineral processing, or heavy industrial projects Possess strong knowledge of applicable electrical codes, standards, and regulations Be proficient with electrical engineering software including ETAP, SKM, EasyPower, ASPEN, and SPELEx
