The successful candidate will be dependable, motivated, and capable of working independently or leading a crew on small to medium-sized projects. Experience with industrial, commercial, and residential electrical installations is required. Familiarity with civil work and shallow utilities, including Hydro, telephone, cable, and street lighting, would be a valuable asset.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Journeyperson Electrician certification.
- Proficiency in industrial, commercial, and residential wiring.
- Ability to work independently and supervise crews as required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
- A reliable work ethic and willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Valid driver's licence.

Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive hourly wage of $35–$45, based on experience and qualifications, along with the following benefits:

We are looking for hardworking individuals who take pride in their work, demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, and are eager to develop their electrical skills. Previous electrical work experience or successful completion of an electrical pre-apprenticeship program would be an asset.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Self-motivated, reliable, and hardworking attitude.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Previous electrical experience or completion of a pre-apprenticeship program is preferred but not required.

Compensation and Perks: The hourly wage for this position ranges from $20–$30, depending on experience and qualifications. Company benefits include:
