Openbox – 16 Avenue, Calgary

Openbox’s 16 Avenue location is urgently seeking an Electronics Repair Technician & Sales Associate with strong technical skills and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and repair laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Explain repair options, pricing, and recommendations clearly to customers.
- Assist customers with purchasing electronics, accessories, and services.
- Recommend suitable products based on customer needs.
- Maintain accurate repair records and a clean, organized workspace.

What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on experience in electronics diagnostics and repair.
- Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills.




- Ability to explain technical information in simple terms.
- A reliable, professional attitude and solid attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous electronics retail experience is an asset.
- Availability to start as soon as possible is preferred.
