Re-flex 2000 Inc. is a growing garment manufacturing and decoration company specializing in embroidery, appliqué, sublimation, heat transfers, and in-house sewing. We are currently seeking a skilled Embroidery Operator to join our production team.

This role is best suited for someone with strong technical embroidery knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a production environment handling both custom and e-commerce orders.

Job Responsibilities

- Operate embroidery machines for tubular garments and caps (including framing and setup changes)
- Embroider on finished garments and cut panels
- Work with a variety of materials including stretch knits, toques, and beanies
- Ensure accurate logo placement and consistent stitch quality
- Remove backing cleanly, finish garments, and prepare orders for packaging
- Perform daily machine maintenance (cleaning, oiling, re-threading, bobbin changes)
- Assist with heat transfer printing (neck labels and small production runs)
- Support general production needs, including Shopify / e-commerce order fulfillment
- Maintain production schedules while meeting quality and safety standards

Requirements




- Experience operating commercial embroidery machines
- Ability to hoop a wide range of garments and materials
- Ability to load and run DST files via USB
- Robust understanding of embroidery placement and garment construction
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality control
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work under tight deadlines
- Safety-conscious and respectful of equipment

Assets (Preferred but Not Required)
- Sewing machine experience
- Appliqué, sublimation, or multi-process decoration experience
