The program accelerates the integration of internationally trained professionals with extensive backgrounds in construction project management, connecting them directly with immediate hiring opportunities within Ontario's construction sector.
The Role: Employer Liaison Your primary focus is business development, account management, and candidate matching. You will actively pitch the program’s talent pool to construction firms, cultivate a robust pipeline of hiring partners, and recruit for open roles. By deeply understanding employer needs, you will consultatively match participants to direct hire opportunities, while providing high-impact career coaching to ensure long-term retention.

Site Vetting & Compliance:
Ensure all prospective employer partners meet eligibility criteria and conduct necessary site visits to confirm safe, equitable work environments prior to final hiring. Provide ongoing post-hire consultation, coaching, and conflict resolution to both the employer and the candidate to maximize retention and career advancement.
Corporate Events: Plan, coordinate, and execute exclusive construction job fairs, reverse interview sessions, and corporate networking events. Integrate seamlessly with project staff, academic partners, and the broader team to align candidate preparation with real-time market demands.
Education: University Degree, related College Diploma, or equivalent corporate sales/recruitment experience.
