Duties

- Perform skilled skincare treatments including facials, exfoliations, and skin analysis tailored to each client’s needs
- Apply eyelash extensions with precision to enhance clients’ natural beauty
- Provide expert advice on skincare products and routines, promoting retail sales through effective upselling techniques
- Deliver excellent customer service by creating a relaxing, friendly atmosphere and addressing client concerns
- Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and maintaining cleanliness of treatment areas




- Educate clients on skincare best practices and recommend suitable treatments or products for ongoing skin health
- Assist in retail sales efforts by engaging clients with product knowledge and personalized recommendations

Experience

- Previous experience as an Esthetician or in a similar skincare role preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate
- Demonstrated ability in eyelash extensions application is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills to effectively connect with clients and team members
- Experience in retail sales or upselling within a service environment is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask efficiently at the front desk while maintaining attention to detail in treatments
