Job Overview

We are looking for a talented, professional, and passionate Licensed Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate is experienced in a variety of beauty and skincare services, takes pride in providing exceptional client experiences, and is confident working independently in a professional salon/spa environment.

Responsibilities

- Perform skilled facials and customized skincare treatments
- Provide relaxation and therapeutic massages
- Perform various skin treatments based on clients’ individual needs
- Provide Russian manicure and pedicure services
- Consult with clients to understand their skincare concerns and recommend appropriate professional/medical-grade skincare products according to their individual needs
- Educate clients on proper skincare routines and product use
- Promote and sell skincare and beauty products to clients
- Meet or exceed retail sales goals while providing personalized, non-pushy product recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic treatment area
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming experience for every client
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards

Qualifications

- Must be a licensed/certified Esthetician




- Experience performing facials, massages, and professional skin treatments
- Strong experience with Russian manicure and pedicure is required
- Knowledge of professional/medical-grade skincare products and retail sales
- Strong communication, consultation, and customer service skills
- Professional, reliable, detail-oriented, and passionate about the beauty industry
- Able to work independently while also being a positive team member

Bonus Skills
- Eyelash extension experience is a strong asset
- Previous experience in skincare product sales or meeting retail targets is an asset

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Experience

- Aesthetic treatments: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
- ACI Certification (preferred)
