Estimator – Doors & Hardware (Hybrid / Flexible Hours)

We are seeking a reliable Estimator to join our small, enthusiastic team at a growing door and hardware supply company. This role offers a hybrid work schedule with very flexible hours, balanced with occasional in-office days to keep collaboration strong.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform accurate cost estimations for steel doors, steel frames, wood doors, and commercial hardware.
- Produce clear, precise shop drawings for client approval and production.
- Adapt to our established supply processes and procurement workflows.
- Collaborate closely with our small team to ensure smooth project delivery from bid to handoff.

Requirements:

- Solid experience estimating steel doors, steel frames, wood doors, and hardware.
- Proven ability to generate shop drawings.




- Dependable self-starter who communicates well and fits into a tight-knit, collaborative environment.
- Ideally familiar with using Job Tread.
- Bonus: Familiarity with electrified hardware and access control systems.
