We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Evening Commercial Cleaner to join our team in St. Catharines & Niagara-On-The-Lake. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and presentation of various commercial properties, including offices, retail spaces, and corporate facilities. This is a great opportunity for an independent worker looking for a consistent evening schedule that fits around daytime commitments.

Shift & Hours:

- Schedule: Monday to Friday (Optional weekend shifts may be available)
- Hours: Evening shifts (Typically starting between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM)
- Commitment: 15–25 hours per week (Part-time)

Pay Rate:

- $20 per hour to start, up to $21 per hour after 3-month's probation period

Key Responsibilities:

- General Cleaning: Sweep, dust, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors across offices, lobbies, breakrooms, and common areas.
- Sanitation: Disinfect bathrooms, high-touch surfaces, and shared workspaces according to company standards.
- Waste Management: Empty trash and recycling bins, replace liners, and dispose of waste in designated external bins.
- Stocking: Monitor and replenish facility supplies such as hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
- Security & Safety:



Ensure windows and doors are securely locked upon leaving the premises, and safely store all cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Experience: 2+ years of commercial, office, or janitorial cleaning experience required.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and working dependably without direct supervision.
- Attention to Detail: High standards for cleanliness and pride in delivering spotless results.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs throughout the shift.
- Legal Status: Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to travel to assigned commercial sites in the evening.

Pay: $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 – 25.0 per week
