Join a dynamic accounting team in a hybrid Accounting Technician position. This role requires expertise in accounts payable, expense reimbursements, and month-end close processes. As an Accounting Technician reporting to the Assistant Controller, you will manage the full cycle of accounts payable and handle expense reimbursements.

Your responsibilities will include vendor inquiries, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and supporting annual audits. You will also backfill payroll and assist in various financial projects as needed, leveraging your robust organizational skills and experience in accounting. Key Responsibilities:

- Process all accounts payable and expense reimbursements
- Address vendor and employee expense inquiries effectively




- Conduct semi-monthly payment runs and account reconciliations
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial closures
- Provide support for annual audits and special projects

Requirements:

- DEC degree in Accounting or Finance
- Over 5 years of accounts payable experience
- Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Prior payroll experience preferred
