FIXORA Appliance Repair is hiring multiple experienced Appliance Repair Technicians across the GTA and surrounding regions, including Brampton, Mississauga, Hamilton, Kitchener, North York, Vaughan, Barrie, Scarborough, Toronto, Ajax, Oshawa and Durham Region.

This is a commission-based position with solid earning potential for experienced technicians who are confident in diagnostics, repairs, customer service, and presenting repair solutions professionally.

We are Also interested in technicians with experience in sealed-system repairs, gas appliances, and high-end/luxury appliances.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and servicing household appliances including refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, stoves, ovens, cooktops, dishwashers, microwaves and wall ovens.

Duties

- Diagnose appliance issues using technical manuals, schematics and diagnostic tools.
- Repair and replace faulty appliance components.
- Perform residential on-site service calls.
- Accurately diagnose problems and recommend appropriate repair solutions.
- Explain estimates and repair options professionally to customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, payments and service details.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and office staff.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance while representing FIXORA.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and according to company standards.





Qualifications
- Proven professional appliance repair experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Experience repairing multiple appliance brands and models.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Comfortable presenting estimates and selling appropriate repair solutions.
- Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently.
- Valid Ontario driver's licence.
- Reliable personal vehicle with appropriate insurance.
- Own standard appliance repair tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.

Preferred Qualifications
- G2 or G1 Gas Technician Licence
- ODP Certificate
- Sealed-system/refrigeration repair experience.
- Gas appliance repair experience.
- Experience servicing high-end brands such as Sub-Zero, Wolf, Miele, Bosch, Thermador, JennAir, Monogram, Fisher & Paykel and similar premium brands.

Pay: $60,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
