Responsibilities

- Provide professional haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences
- Ensure all tools and workstations are maintained with the highest standards of sanitation and cleanliness
- Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening to client needs and offering styling advice or product recommendations
- Upsell retail products such as hair care, styling products, and grooming accessories to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments efficiently
- Communicate clearly with clients about styling options, aftercare instructions, and available services




- Maintain accurate records of client preferences and service history for personalized future visits

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a barber with a strong portfolio of hair styling skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills to build rapport with diverse clients
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards within a grooming environment
- Ability to upsell products naturally while prioritizing client needs
- Robust organizational skills for managing appointments and front desk responsibilities
- Retail sales experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential
- A valid barber license or certification as required by local regulations
