Duties

- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, portioning, and plating to streamline kitchen operations.
- Maintain strict food safety practices, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures.
- Serve dishes efficiently while ensuring excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests.




- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service hours.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management of shortages or issues promptly.

Skills

- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food service within a restaurant environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling techniques.
- Excellent skills in meal preparation with attention to detail in presentation.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and serving guests.
- Familiarity with Italian cuisine techniques or breakfast menu items is highly desirable.
