Are you an experienced Neapolitan Style Pizza Maker/Chef? We have a position for you at Grizzly Flatbread!

Main duties

- Prepare pizza dough
- Portioning dough and then hand stretch to consistent sizes and evenness
- Following preparation instructions to ensure correct ingredients are used for each pizza
- Bake pizza in an open flame gas fired stone hearth Pizza oven, which requires attention to cooking and rotation
- Ability to use a deep fryer for additional menu items
- Prepare salads and additional menu items

- Maintain a clean kitchen
- Monitor ingredients to ensure there are enough for each shift as well as keeping track of supplier orders and inventory needed
- Follow food safety guidelines and maintain proper hygiene practices, must have Food Safe Level 1 or the ability to obtain it

Qualifications
- Previous experience making Neapolitan style pizza is required, with experience hand stretching dough to consistent size and evenness (this will be tested in the interview)
- Ability to work in a changing environment and handle multiple orders from multiple platforms simultaneously
- Robust attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately




- Excellent time management skills to ensure pizzas are prepared in a timely manner, quiet times are used for preparation/cleaning
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with coworkers
- Positive attitude and customer engagement

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
