Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Massage Therapist to join our vibrant, multi-disciplinary clinic dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. In this role, you will deliver professional massage therapy treatments to a diverse client base, working collaboratively with other health professionals to promote healing, relaxation, and overall wellness. Your expertise will help foster a welcoming environment where clients feel valued and supported on their health journey.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow within a dynamic team committed to excellence in holistic health services. This position is a flat rent, with all income going to the practitioner. Hours are flexible.

There is a male registered massage therapist on-site, that has been working for 22 years, and is completely full, so ALL new patients and inquiries will go to this new position.

Responsibilities

- Perform high-quality massage therapy treatments tailored to individual client needs, utilizing various techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, and more.
- Conduct thorough client assessments to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their health goals and conditions.
- Maintain detailed and accurate treatment records in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards.
- Educate clients on self-care practices, post-treatment care,



and injury prevention strategies.
- Collaborate effectively with chiropractors, physiotherapists, acupuncturists, and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Uphold strict hygiene and safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients and staff.
- Promote the clinic’s services through excellent customer service, building lasting relationships that encourage repeat visits.

Requirements

- Valid registration as a Registered Massage Therapist with the appropriate licensing body.
- Proven experience delivering massage therapy in a busy clinical setting.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to musculoskeletal conditions and treatments.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain treatment procedures and address client concerns effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating seamlessly within a multidisciplinary team.
- Flexibility to accommodate varying scheduling needs, including evenings and weekends if required.
