We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Experienced Restaurant Server to join our vibrant dining team! Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Square POS, ensuring explicit communication with kitchen staff
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining proper sanitation and food safety standards
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, promptly addressing any concerns or special requests
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area,



adhering to sanitation guidelines and food handling protocols
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, demonstrating strong time management skills

Qualifications

- 4-6+ years of experience
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a strong understanding of the food industry
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management and prioritization
- Basic math skills for cashiering, billing, and transaction accuracy
- Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required; a passion for hospitality is essential
- Strong communication skills to ensure guest needs are understood and met promptly
