We are seeking a dedicated Family Lawyer to join our team at Nolan Persaud. This lawyer will work closely with clients to provide guidance and representation in all family law matters.

Duties

- Represent clients in family law litigation.
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Draft legal documents such as briefs, motions, and domestic contracts with precision and clarity.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case strategies and arguments.




- Communicate effectively with clients to explain legal processes and provide updates on case progress.
- Collaborate with other legal professionals and support staff to ensure efficient case management.

Experience

- A lawyer in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in legal drafting, research, and writing is essential.
- Familiarity with legal research tools is advantageous.
- Candidates should demonstrate a passion for family law and a commitment to advocating for clients' best interests.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
