The Farm

Supervisor will manage a variety of tasks including directing crop activities, ensuring the implementation of soil fertility programs, and supervising operational processes on the farm. This role demands a proactive mindset and the ability to work during early mornings, as well as day and evening shifts, including overtime as needed. Key Responsibilities:

- Direct agricultural crop deleafing and seed cutting operations
- Oversee crop health by assessing water saturation and temperature
- Implement and manage soil fertility programs




- Maintain records for livestock and production quality control
- Operate and maintain farming machinery and equipment

Requirements:

- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
- Completion of Secondary school or equivalent experience
- 7 months to 1 year of relevant industry experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a large workload
