Blair Lloyd Cloth Shop is a Toronto-based menswear and lifestyle boutique dedicated to helping clients look and feel their best. We believe that excellent style is personal, and our team takes pride in building genuine relationships with every person who walks through our doors. We are looking for a Fashion Advisor to join our team in a hybrid capacity.

WHY THIS ROLE IS OPEN

We are growing our styling team and need a passionate, client-focused Fashion Advisor to help our customers discover their personal style. You will work with clients in person and remotely, guiding them through fit, fabric, and styling choices that suit their lifestyle and preferences.

WHAT YOU WILL HANDLE

- Build genuine relationships with clients by understanding their personal style and needs
- Provide expert advice on fit, construction, and styling
- Curate complete looks and recommend complementary pieces
- Maintain a deep knowledge of our product lines and seasonal offerings
- Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation
- Process transactions and manage client records
- Follow up with clients after purchases to ensure satisfaction
- Support virtual appointments and remote styling consultations

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE





- Previous experience in retail sales, styling, or customer service
- A genuine interest in fashion and menswear
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships
- Comfort with technology for virtual appointments
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Authorization to work in Canada
