Responsibilities As a Field Technician your key responsibilities will include Diagnosing repairing and completing routine maintenance and safety inspections on a variety of material handling equipment and machinery Maintaining effective and consistent communication with the Service Dispatcher regarding ongoing Service jobs and completing assigned tasks in a timely manner Discussing Service job details with customers and communicating a transparent understanding of the job scope and repair requirements Communicating with the Parts department via phone and email to ensure required parts are ordered and preparing required parts before visiting job sites Maintaining proper documentation where needed including work order forms and warranty paperwork Reporting any safety incidents promptly and adhering to all safety policies Required Skills &
