A leading provider and retailer to the Nunavut communities is looking for a Red Seal Oil Burner Mechanic to join their service team!

Permanent FIFO position Rotating schedule: Salary: $40 - $50 an hour + Overtime available after 40hrs in a week Permanent, Full-time - FIFO. ~ Rotating schedule 6 weeks in / 2 weeks out - great work-life balance ~ No cost living accommodations ~$800/month food allowance ~ Covered travel costs ~ Comprehensive Group Benefits Plan: Health, Dental, Disability, Life Insurance, and more ~ Oversee heating, plumbing, and renovation work in accordance with work orders, and plans Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning oil burners Assemble oil burner heating systems components Perform installation of oil-fired systems Test installed units and adjust controls for proper functioning Perform preventative maintenance work on motors, pumps, control devices, boilers, forced air furnaces, and oil-fired hot water tanks Completion of work order forms, detailing work performed and materials used, assisting in inventory,
