We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Clerk to join our dynamic financial team. Duties

- Perform data entry for invoices, payments, and financial transactions using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, Workday, PeopleSoft, Ceridian, UltiPro, Kronos, and ADP
- Manage accounts payable by verifying invoices, processing payments, and maintaining vendor records
- Handle accounts receivable by issuing invoices, tracking payments, and reconciling customer accounts
- Assist with payroll processing using systems like ADP, Ceridian, UltiPro, Kronos, or Workday to ensure accurate employee compensation
- Conduct account reconciliation to verify accuracy across various ledgers and bank statements
- Support bookkeeping activities by maintaining organized financial records and preparing reports for review
- Collaborate with the finance team on budgeting activities and account analysis to optimize financial performance





Experience

- Proven experience working with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero or similar platforms
- Familiarity with accounts payable and receivable processes in a professional setting
- Experience handling payroll systems like ADP or UltiPro is highly desirable
- Robust data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of account reconciliation and bookkeeping principles
- Knowledge of financial services systems such as Workday or PeopleSoft is a plus
- Excellent math skills combined with the ability to analyze accounts effectively
