Part time Automotive Finance Manager

Position: Automotive Finance Manager – Part-Time

Schedule: 3 Days Per Week + Vacation Coverage

Prince George Toyota is looking for an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Automotive Finance Manager to join our team on a part-time basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager who is looking for a consistent 3-day-per-week schedule, with availability to provide vacation coverage.

As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the financing and vehicle purchase process while ensuring a professional, transparent, and positive experience. You will work closely with the Sales Team and Management to structure deals, present financing and protection products, and ensure all documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Meet with customers to review financing and leasing options
- Structure and submit financing applications to financial institutions
- Build strong relationships with banks, lenders, and other financial partners
- Present and explain finance, lease, warranty, insurance, and protection products
- Ensure customers understand all terms, conditions, and products before completing their purchase
- Accurately complete all finance and vehicle purchase documentation
- Work closely with Sales Managers and Product Advisors to ensure smooth deal flow
- Maintain compliance with dealership, lender, and regulatory requirements
- Protect the dealership's financial interests while delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Follow up on funding and ensure deals are processed accurately and efficiently
- Assist with deal structuring and closing when required




- Provide Finance Manager coverage during holidays, vacations, and other scheduled absences

What We're Looking For
- Previous Automotive Finance Manager/F&I; experience is strongly preferred
- Robust understanding of automotive financing and leasing
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Solid attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Professional, confident, and customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently while being an effective member of the dealership team
- Strong understanding of lender programs, warranties, protection products, and dealership compliance
- A positive attitude and willingness to support the Sales Team
- Valid driver's licence and ability to meet dealership employment requirements
