Senior Financial

Analystplays a key role in strengthening Heritage Park’s financial planning,operational decision‑making, and long‑termsustainability. This role supports budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis,and management reporting across the organization, working closely with budgetholders to provide clear, practical insights that help shape both day‑to‑dayoperations and strategic direction. Prepare forward-looking financial projections in collaborationwith Finance leadership and departmental budget holders to support quarterlyforecast process.

Support labour budgeting and seasonal workforce costanalysis in partnership with People & Culture. Support cost modelling, variance analysis, and financialtracking for capital projects in collaboration with Capital Planning team.



Support KPI development and performance analysis thatconnects financial results to operational drivers.

ReportingTools, Systems & Process Improvement Help develop dashboards and reporting tools that make financialinformation more accessible.

Leverage Business

Central, Excel and business intelligence tools,to improve accuracy and accessibility. Assist with financial process improvements, documentationand internal control support. Contribute to ERP optimization and reporting enhancements incollaboration with Finance and IT.

Heritage

Park is committed to developing finance talent andproviding clear pathways for growth within the Finance & StrategicOperations portfolio. Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, Economics,Business Administration or a related field.

Experience providing variance analysis, managementreporting, and financial recommendations. Ability to translate financial information into clear,actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.

Microsoft

Dynamics 365 BusinessCentral and Jet Reports. Allsuccessful candidates (over the age of 18) will be required to complete aPolice Information Check as a condition of employment. A criminal record willnot automatically disqualify an applicant; Additional Assets Experience with Power BI or comparable business intelligenceand visualization tools.

Experience with seasonal, tourism, hospitality, attractionsor attendance-driven business models. Labour costing or workforce-planning analysis experience. Occasional holiday, evening, and weekend work may be required #
