Our client is a Fitness club operator. They are looking for a Financial Analyst to join their team!

Vacation: 3 weeks Market-competitive salary Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards Build and maintain financial forecasting models to project future performance and support strategic planning. Conduct detailed variance analyses to compare actual results with budgeted expectations, identifying risks, opportunities, and root cause drivers. Generate clear, insightful financial reports for senior leadership, translating complex data into actionable recommendations.

Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance financial operations, reporting efficiency, and overall organizational effectiveness. 2-3 years' Financial Planning & Analysis experience in a retail, hospitality or related field is preferred. ~ PowerBI and SQL/VBA knowledge required. ~ Computer proficiency in MS Office and advanced Excel skills. ~ Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data insights. ~ Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and objectives with minimal supervision. ~ Ability to work with a sense of urgency and work flexible hours, as required.
