Candidates can expect to work in a highly collaborative and supportive work environment with focus on skilled growth and development opportunities. Annual salary (hiring range): $70,000 - $78,000 (subject to the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications and skills), plus annual Short-Term Incentive Plan (STIP) bonus. ~ Health Benefits Plan, including Extended Health, Dental & Vision coverage, Basic Life Insurance, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Benefits and Employee Assistance Programs. As a Financial Advisor you will build long-term client relationships, deliver personalized financial planning and advice, and help clients achieve their goals while driving growth, retention,



and an exceptional client experience. The role will involve travelling and using own vehicle to attend conferences, workshops, and client meetings. Developing meaningful relationships with clients and becoming their trusted Financial Advisor.

Preparing client asset allocation proposals and modular financial planning projections. Post-secondary education (a college diploma or university degree).

Valid Mutual

Funds certification (Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course). Holding or working towards the Certificate in Financial Services Advice. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Financial Advisor, supported by demonstrated results. French language proficiency is considered a strong asset.

Experience in preparing and presenting financial plans to clients would be an asset. Strong interpersonal skills in managing client partnerships, proven ability to engage and nurture long-term relationships. Ability to deliver engaging in-person and virtual presentations.

Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office. Familiarity/experience with Salesforce, MorningStar and Conquest. We are committed to fostering an inclusive workforce that reflects the diversity of our clients and communities.
