Note on Schedule & Transportation: This role includes early morning opening shifts starting at 5:00 AM. Because public transit options do not run prior to 5:00 AM in our area, candidates must have reliable personal transportation (car, scooter, or bike) or live within walking distance to ensure punctual arrival.

Pay & Benefits Pay Rate: $20.00 – $21.00 per hour

Hours: Full-Time 40/hours a week

Shift Schedule: Early Morning Openings (5:00 AM start times) — Finish your workday early with your afternoons completely free! Closing shifts 1pm-10:30pm

Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of fresh juices, smoothies, and food items efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
- Operate POS systems for accurate order processing, guest management, and cash handling.
- Take customer orders with enthusiasm, upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience, and ensure prompt service.
- Manage cash transactions accurately, handle digital payments, and maintain register balance using basic math skills.
- Maintain strict cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, blenders, utensils, and equipment in accordance with food safety regulations.




- Assist in daily morning opening duties, including inventory setup, prep work, and organizing front-of-house displays.
- Monitor inventory levels of fresh produce, ingredients, and packaging supplies; communicate restocking needs to management proactively.
- Uphold excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries promptly, warmly, and courteously.
- Follow all food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and health regulations diligently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during morning rushes.

Qualifications

- Previous food service, juice bar, café, or restaurant experience preferred.
- Experience with food/beverage preparation, serving, cashiering, or working with POS systems is highly desirable.
- Must have reliable personal transportation to consistently arrive for 5:00 AM opening shifts (before public transit opens).
- Strong time management skills and punctuality to handle tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures, sanitation practices, and basic math for cash handling and order processing.
- FoodSafe Level 1 Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire) is a strong plus. Excellent customer service skills with a positive, morning-person attitude and
