Key responsibilities (title) A day in your life with us Key responsibilities (text) - You'll begin your journey by supporting the dishroom and cleaning routines, helping keep our food operation clean, secure, organized, and running smoothly
- As you learn and grow in the role, you'll receive training to develop your skills and support our kitchen and food preparation areas
- Create a positive experience by being friendly, helpful, and approachable with customers and co-workers
- Work together with your team and jump in where needed, especially during busy service periods
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, food safety, and organization throughout IKEA Food
- Support food preparation and service with care, consistency, and attention to quality
- Follow food safety practices, including allergen awareness, expiry controls, hygiene, and cross-contamination prevention
- Take responsibility for your part of the operation while supporting the success of the whole team
