About Us

We're an established, unionized BC heavy civil contractor. We build infrastructure for public agencies and major private developers, on sites across the Lower Mainland and throughout the province. We're growing, many of our people have been with us for years, and we promote from within wherever we can. Safety and environmental performance come first on every site. We're adding foremen who can lead a crew and deliver production.

Responsibilities

- Run crews day to day, covering layout, sequencing, production and quality
- Lead site safety: toolbox talks, FLHAs and housekeeping
- Coordinate with the superintendent and PM on schedule, materials and equipment
- Track daily quantities, hours and costs accurately
- Mentor operators and labourers

Qualifications

- 5+ years of heavy civil experience, with 2+ years as a foreman
- Background in civil infrastructure: earthworks, roadwork and/or underground utilities
- Can read drawings,



and understands grade and equipment productivity
- First aid and ground disturbance tickets, or willing to obtain them
- Valid BC driver's licence
