About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Fractional Marketing Manager to oversee and manage a portfolio of client marketing accounts. This is a hands-on, client-facing position that combines marketing strategy, campaign execution, account management, and project coordination. You will be responsible for understanding each client's business objectives, developing effective marketing initiatives, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

You will work closely with our internal marketing, design, and development teams while maintaining direct relationships with assigned clients. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated marketing professional who takes ownership of their work, communicates proactively, and is equally comfortable developing a strategy and executing it.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Execution

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with client objectives and growth targets.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email, SMS, and other relevant channels.
- Develop marketing calendars, campaign plans, and project timelines.
- Oversee content development, website marketing initiatives, and conversion optimization.




- Identify opportunities to improve lead generation, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Client Account Management & Growth

- Serve as the primary marketing contact for assigned client accounts.
- Lead client meetings, provide regular updates, and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Manage client expectations, requests, and deliverables within agreed scopes and budgets.
- Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, recommending additional services that provide value to clients while supporting In-Houz's revenue growth.
- Develop strategic recommendations that strengthen client relationships and support long-term account growth.

Project & Resource Management

- Coordinate internal designers, developers, marketing coordinators, and external resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Assign and monitor tasks, manage deadlines, and maintain accountability across marketing initiatives.
- Track project progress, resource allocation, and time using our project management platform.
- Identify potential delays, budget concerns, or scope changes and communicate them proactively.
- Review deliverables to ensure quality, accuracy, and alignment with client expectations.

Performance & Reporting

- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms.
- Track key performance indicators, including conversions, cost per acquisition, return on ad spend, and lead generation.
- Prepare and present performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Continuously evaluate campaign effectiveness and implement improvements based on performance data.

Qualifications & Experience





- Minimum of 5 years of professional digital marketing experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple client accounts and marketing initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing, marketing automation, and analytics.
- Experience developing and executing marketing strategies that produce measurable business results.
- Excellent client communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Solid project management, organizational, and time management abilities.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external contractors.
- Commercial awareness, with the ability to identify opportunities for account growth and additional services.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and take full ownership of assigned accounts.
- Must reside in Canada, with preference given to candidates located in Kelowna, BC, or the surrounding area.
