51.3983 to 65.3216 per hour (plus 8% Resource Adjustment)

JOB PURPOSE The Pharmacy Clinical Manager responsible for planning, implementing and maintaining clinical services and for ensuring optimal services on a daily basis.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Must be registered with the New Brunswick College of Pharmacists, licensed to practice in New Brunswick and have demonstrated leadership ability and considerable related work experience (3 years) and/or completion of a post graduate training program.
- Ability to attend work on a regular basis.
- Ability to perform the duties of the position.
- Good work record.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The Pharmacy Clinical Manager is responsible for:

- Planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating clinical pharmacy services
- Maintaining a clinical practice site
- Participating in patient safety and quality improvement initiatives
- Participating in the planning, implementation and evaluation of education and training programs
- Participating in the performance management and recruitment processes
- Collaborating with the Pharmacy Operations Manager to manage financial resources
