Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and friendly Front Counter Staff to join our dynamic team! Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and give correct change with precision
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front counter area, including food handling surfaces and equipment
- Packaging food with flourish
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly without compromising service quality




- Follow all food safety regulations and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests

Experience

- Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with cash and cash register
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Experience in food preparation or kitchen work is a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor in a fast-paced setting
