Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Front of House Manager to lead our hospitality team with enthusiasm and professionalism. Duties

- Supervise front-of-house staff including servers, bartenders, hosts, and baristas to ensure excellent service delivery
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including seating arrangements, reservations, and guest flow to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Train new team members on food handling, serving techniques, POS systems (such as Micros), and customer service standards
- Oversee cash handling procedures and POS transactions accurately and securely
- Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and hospitality in compliance with health regulations
- Lead team meetings to motivate staff, review performance, and promote a positive work environment
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints,



and special requests promptly to ensure a positive dining experience

Qualifications

- Proven supervising or team management experience within the food service or restaurant industry
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, serving, bartending or barista experience preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros or similar platforms for cash handling and order processing
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Leadership qualities with experience in interviewing, training, and developing staff
- Previous restaurant management experience is highly desirable; hotel or hospitality experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
