We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Front Store Clerk / Cashier to join our healthcare retail team. This role is vital in providing excellent customer service, ensuring smooth store operations, and supporting patient care initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and experience in retail or pharmacy environments.

Your responsibilities will include managing transactions accurately, assisting customers with their needs, and maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a healthcare-focused environment where patient care and service excellence are paramount.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases or inquiries in a skilled manner.
- Operate cash registers efficiently, accurately processing transactions and handling payments using various methods.
- Maintain organized and clean checkout areas to ensure a welcoming shopping environment.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure product displays are neat and accessible for customers.




- Follow all safety protocols and health regulations to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels, reporting shortages, and helping with restocking efforts.
- Back up in our Shipping Dept.

Skills

- Prior experience in healthcare retail settings is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems, inventory management software, and general computer skills.
