Job Responsibilities

· Greet and serve guests with enthusiasm, ensuring a positive dining experience.

· Serve in multiple kitchen roles, ensuring adherence to food safety, quality, and speed standards.

· Take orders, suggest menu items, and respond quickly to changes or requests.

· Address guest complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.

· Prepare food with attention to quality, safety, and consistency.

· Stay knowledgeable about the menu, ingredients, and promotions.

· Monitor food hold times to maintain quality and safety.

Communicate clearly with the team to ensure smooth operations.

· Keep the restaurant clean by sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing equipment and restrooms.

· Assist with opening and closing duties.

· Maintain inventory levels and ensure equipment is properly maintained.

· Be punctual, reliable, and maintain consistent attendance.

Job Requirements

· Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

· Must be available to work Fridays/Saturdays and closing shifts. This position includes closing shifts at the restaurant.

· Manage multiple responsibilities efficiently with robust organizational and time-management skills.

· Perform physical activities such as lifting (up to 50lbs), balancing, bending, standing for long period of time, walking, handling materials,



boxes, equipment, pots, pans, and navigating shelving both high and low

· Thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining focus and accuracy.

· Demonstrate a positive, solutions-oriented attitude.

· Show reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong commitment to quality work.

· Communicate clearly with dignity, integrity, and respect.
