WE’RE HIRING – FRONT SERVER
Kung Pao Wok – Park Place Mall, Lethbridge
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and hardworking Front Server to join our team!
Job Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take customer orders and answer questions about menu items
- Prepare and serve food to customers
- Keep the front counter and dining area clean and organized
- Handle cash and debit/credit payments accurately
- Pack takeout orders and make sure orders are complete
- Restock supplies and assist with basic cleaning duties
- Provide great customer service and work well with the team
- Follow food safety and cleanliness procedures
Qualities:
- Friendly and comfortable communicating with customers
- Responsible, punctual, and dependable
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is an asset, but training will be provided
