Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and upon arrival, ensuring they feel comfortable and appreciated from the moment they walk in
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using pen and paper, ensuring writing is legible and concise for both kitchen and front staff to read
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation, sanitation, and food safety
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and stocking of washrooms, dining tables, service stations, and dining areas (includes sweeping, mopping, and general upkeep of the front area)
- Assist in food preparation (including stocking of sauces and beansprout station) or kitchen support as needed to ensure smooth service flow
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to deliver prompt service without compromising quality




- Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, address inquiries, and resolve any concerns professionally

Qualifications

- Prior food service experience or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude and a mindset that can anticipate customer and staff needs
- Understanding of food handling procedures, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations
- Experience in food preparation or kitchen support is advantageous but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including day, evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment
- Speaking Vietnamese is an advantage but not necessary
