Walmart Canada is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead front-end operations, deliver exceptional customer service, support a positive shopping experience, and drive customer loyalty in a fast-paced retail workplace.

You will ensure Safety, Security and Emergency Readiness, supervise staff across shifts, manage cash and transactions, oversee EAS and loss prevention, and promote company programs while developing associates.
