Chateau Nova Yellowhead is looking for a friendly, professional and dependable Full-Time Banquet Server to join our Food & Beverage team. From meetings and conferences to dinners and special celebrations, you’ll help provide the attentive and welcoming service that makes our guests’ events memorable.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced team environment and takes pride in providing excellent service.

What You’ll Do

- Provide friendly and attentive food and beverage service during banquet functions
- Welcome guests and respond to requests in a professional and timely manner
- Prepare service areas before events and ensure everything is ready for guests
- Serve meals and beverages efficiently and professionally
- Clear tables and maintain clean, organized service areas throughout events
- Work closely with Banquet Captains, Porters, Kitchen and other Food & Beverage team members
- Follow event details and instructions to help ensure functions run smoothly
- Assist with event setup and cleanup when required
- Maintain professional presentation and service standards
- Follow hotel health, safety and Food & Beverage procedures
- Assist fellow team members as needed throughout the event

What We’re Looking For

- Previous serving, banquet or Food & Beverage experience is an asset
- Friendly, outgoing and guest-focused
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Dependable, punctual and able to work well as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a busy and sometimes fast-changing environment




- Able to stand and walk for extended periods and perform the physical requirements of banquet service
- Open availability is required, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
