As a Software Engineer at Superhuman, you will:
- Ship production-grade code that impacts over 40 million daily active users across our suite of AI-powered productivity tools - Work with cutting-edge AI technologies and modern web frameworks - Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver delightful user experiences - Develop AI-native features that leverage large language models, natural language processing, and intelligent automation - Learn best practices around system design, testing, deployment, and scalability - Contribute to technical discussions and help shape the direction of your team’s projects - Grow rapidly through mentorship, feedback, and hands-on ownership of real projects - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience), graduating in 2026 or 2027 - Solid foundation in computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and software design - Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, Go, C++) - Experience with web tech (React, Node.js, TypeScript) - Experience building software through internships, personal projects, open source contributions, hackathons, or coursework - AI native and experienced in using AI coding agents like Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex for productivity gains - Solid understanding of system design, databases,
