Full-Time Building Caretaker - Foxhill Properties

127 Bannatyne Avenue, Winnipeg

Properties is looking for a reliable, hands-on live-in caretaker for our 80-unit recently constructed apartment building in Winnipeg's historic Exchange District. This is a full time position looking after the day-to-day care and function of the building.

What you'll be doing:

Cleaning common areas, hallways, and stairwells. Managing garbage and recycling. Monitoring and keeping the grounds tidy and free of litter, overseeing snow clearing and salting of entrances and walkways. Assisting with suite turnovers, monitoring outside contractors, work order creation and other day-to-day operating activities.

What we're looking for:

Personable and friendly with a robust desire and ability to cultivate a building atmosphere of community, security and support amongst residents.



Previous caretaking experience is an asset, along with any basic trouble shooting/building maintenance experience. Good communication skills and a willingness to learn. Someone dependable who takes pride in keeping a building looking its best and wants to work in and contribute to an environment of care and community.

Compensation:

$23-$26 per hour depending on experience and suite allowance provided in exchange for Caretaker Duties To apply:
