What to expect in this role:

- Greet customers and provide friendly customer service

- Take food and drink orders accurately

- Receive payments from customers using cash, debit, or credit

- Communicate order details to kitchen staff

- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages

- Package orders and ensure all items are included

- Keep the counter, dining area, and beverage stations clean

- Restock packaging, napkins, and other supplies

- Maintain a fast speed of service, especially during rush times

- Follow sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas
